Security lighting for Sun City homes

Panel upgrade questions

Should I get a motion light or a dusk-to-dawn light?

A motion light turns on when someone walks by, which suits driveways and side yards. A dusk-to-dawn light stays on all night, which suits a front entry. Many homes use both.

Can you stop my motion light from turning on all the time?

Usually, yes. We adjust the sensor’s range and aim, or replace the sensor if it has worn out.

Will the lights bother my neighbors?

They should not. We aim fixtures down at the area you want lit and away from the neighbors’ windows.

Can you add a light where there is no wiring?

Often, yes. We run wiring from a nearby circuit to the new spot and tell you what that involves before we quote.

How much does security lighting cost?

It depends on how many lights, the fixtures you choose and how far they are from existing wiring. We look first and give you a clear price before any work starts.

Do you warranty security lighting?

Yes. Two years on all labor and material we provide.
