Do you charge to come out?

Yes. There is a trip and diagnostic fee that depends on how far we drive. We tell you what it is on the phone, before we come out.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Yes, and a real person answers the phone any hour. Visits at night and on weekends cost more, and you hear that price before we dispatch.

Is my problem an emergency?

Call and tell us what is happening. Most calls can safely wait for regular hours, and if yours can, we will say so and save you the after-hours rate. If it can’t wait, we come out the same day.

Do you do panel upgrades?

Yes. Panel upgrades are one of the jobs we do most, from older panels that need replacing to homes that need more capacity for what they run today.

What warranty do you give?

Two years on all the labor and material we provide.
