Commercial electricianTenant improvementsIndustrial controlsA ceiling fan makes a real difference in an Arizona summer. We install new fans, replace old ones and swap light fixtures for fans, mounted on a box that is rated to hold one, and you hear the price before we start.
If any of these sound familiar, call and describe it. We will tell you honestly whether a new panel is the answer.
Many homes in Sun City and Sun City West were built with plain light fixtures, or with fans that have run through many hot summers. In homes of that era, the ceiling box behind a light fixture is often not rated to carry a fan’s weight and motion.
Before we hang a fan, we check the box and the support above it. If it is not fan-rated, we replace it with one that is. We also check the wiring at the switch, because adding separate fan and light control sometimes calls for an extra wire or a different control.
We confirm the ceiling box and its support can hold a fan, and replace it if needed.
Connected to the existing circuit, with the switch or wall control you want.
We install the fan you picked, or help you choose one sized for the room.
We check every speed, the light and the direction setting before we leave.
You hear the price before we start. The trip and diagnostic fee depends on distance.
Two years on all labor and material we provide.
A real person answers. Tell us which rooms, and whether there is a fixture there now.
We check the ceiling box, the support and the switch wiring, then give you a clear price.

A quiet, balanced fan, controls you understand and a two-year warranty.
Usually, yes. We check that the ceiling box is rated for a fan and replace it if it is not, since a fan is heavier than a light and moves.
Often. It depends on the wiring between the switch and the ceiling. If the extra wire is not there, a remote or a wall control made for fans can do the job.
Yes. We run a new connection to the ceiling and add a switch, and explain the work involved before we quote it.
In summer, set it to push air down, which on most fans is counterclockwise when you look up at it. We show you where the direction switch is.
It depends on whether there is a fixture there now, the ceiling and the fan. We look first and give you a clear price before any work starts.
