Commercial electricianTenant improvementsIndustrial controlsWhen a home’s wiring is worn out, patched over the years or no longer safe, replacing it can be the lasting fix. We evaluate the whole house, explain what needs replacing and rewire in stages or all at once. You hear the price before we start.
If any of these sound familiar, call and describe it. We will tell you honestly whether a new panel is the answer.
Wiring in many West Valley homes has been in the walls a long time. Insulation dries out in attic heat, outlets lack a ground, and years of changes by different hands leave splices and circuits that are hard to trust.
Rewiring replaces the old branch wiring with new wire, outlets and switches, in stages or all at once. We plan the routes through the attic and walls to keep openings few, and we explain what will be replaced before any work starts. Homes with aluminum wiring have their own options, covered on our aluminum wiring page.
We check the panel, outlets, switches and the wiring we can reach to see what can stay and what should go.
We explain what we found, what it means for safety and your options, without pressure.
Old circuits replaced with new wire, outlets and switches, in stages or all at once.

When the wiring is worn, damaged or unsafe in many places, or problems keep coming back in different rooms. We evaluate first and only recommend rewiring when repairs will not hold.
No. Many homes are rewired in stages, starting with the circuits that need it most. We explain the order that makes sense for yours.
Aluminum wiring has its own set of options, from repairing connections to replacing circuits. Our aluminum wiring replacement page covers that work.
Yes, the right way. Either a ground wire is run to the outlet, or the outlet gets GFCI protection and is labeled as having no ground, which code allows. Swapping in a three-prong outlet with no ground or protection is not safe.
It depends on the size of the home, how many circuits are replaced and how the new wire can be routed. We evaluate first and give you a clear price before any work starts.
