Solana Electrical serves Wittmann homes and acreage along the Grand Avenue corridor from our base in El Mirage. Call and a real person answers, any hour, and you hear the price first.
Wittmann was first called Nadaburg, a name that joined the Spanish word for nothing with the German word for castle. It was renamed in 1929 for the family that promised local farmers water and canals from a dam on the Hassayampa River. The Nadaburg School House, built around 1921, still stands from that early farming era.
Wittmann is still mostly open land, with homes on acreage, horse properties, wells and detached shops. The electrical work follows: a new circuit or subpanel out to a barn or shop, power for a well pump, security lights for a yard or gate, and a generator hookup for storm season. When a breaker trips or part of the property goes dead, we help you narrow it down on the phone first.
Wittmann is unincorporated, so electrical permits go through Maricopa County Planning and Development. APS serves the area, and your bill confirms your provider. If the outage reaches past your property line, call APS. If it is only your property, call us.
A real person answers any hour. You hear the price before we come out, and our work carries a two-year warranty on labor and material.

Some appliances and equipment need a circuit of their own.
A generator can keep the refrigerator, a fan and the medical equipment running when the power goes out, but only if it is connected the safe way.
Good light at the door, the driveway and the side yard helps you see who is there and where you are stepping.
Testing and tracing to find the real cause.
Protection at the panel for your electronics and appliances.

Yes. We check whether your main panel can carry the added load, whether a subpanel makes sense out at the building, and how the wire should be sized for the distance. You hear the plan on the phone first.
Yes. Wittmann is out past Surprise from our base in El Mirage, so the trip and diagnostic fee depends on how far out your property is. We tell you what it is on the phone before anyone drives out, and a person answers any hour.
