Solana Electrical serves Litchfield Park homes from our base in El Mirage. Call and a real person answers, any hour, and you hear the price before anyone drives out.
Litchfield Park began in 1916, when Goodyear Tire and Rubber bought farmland in the area to grow long staple cotton for tire cord. The town took its name, after a Goodyear executive, in 1926, and The Wigwam opened to the public as a resort in 1929.
Because the town grew in stages, from its early company years through a 1960s plan to expand it, homes here span many decades. An older house may still have its first panel and fewer circuits than a modern kitchen needs. A newer one may be ready for an EV charger or surge protection. Either way, we start with a phone call and plain answers.
Inside city limits, building permits come from the City of Litchfield Park Building Department, and its permit form asks for the contractor’s ROC license number. Some homes with a Litchfield Park mailing address sit outside city limits, so we check which office covers yours. Litchfield Park is in APS territory, and your bill confirms it. If the whole street is dark, call APS. If only your home lost power, call us.
A real person answers any hour. You hear the price before we come out, and our work carries a two-year warranty on labor and material.

For homes inside city limits, the City of Litchfield Park Building Department issues permits. A Litchfield Park mailing address does not always mean the home is inside the city, so we confirm which office applies before work begins.

Yes. Litchfield Park is one of the West Valley communities we serve from our base in El Mirage.
Not necessarily. Age alone does not decide it. We look at how the wiring and panel are working and what you want to add, and we tell you plainly if a repair is enough.
Yes. Pricing is given before dispatch. There is a trip and diagnostic fee that depends on distance, and nights and weekends cost more. You hear all of that on the phone before anyone drives out.
